Bet Victor is now long established as one of the top online betting sites in the world. Since its introduction in 1946 the Gibraltar based company has seen its player pool rise to over 2 million making it a force to be reckoned with. The new Bet Victor betting app has been highly anticipated as the demand for mobile betting apps continues to grow.
Once again Bet Victor have managed to deliver another stunning product to their ever increasing betting portfolio. The updated app now looks very professional and is super functional making betting on your mobile a doddle.
To go straight to the download page simply click download to the right of this and you be taken straight into the ‘How to download Bet Victor App’ section which will give you step by step instructions of how to get the app onto your smart phone.
For everything else regarding the app and information on all of it’s amazing features simply keep following this review page.
Betting bonus and promotions
If you register anew account today you will be eligible for a free bet of up to £25. All you need to do is deposit and place your first bet up to £25 and Bet Victor will credit your account with a completely free £25 bet. Very nice!
One thing we will warn you about is that registering an account via the app itself may not give you the free bet of £25. It’s advised that if using the links below or at the top of the page that you first register via your PC, laptop or mobile browser and then use your account via your app. This will ensure your free £25 betting bonus.
As you would expect, Bet Victor have invested heavily in producing a quality betting app. A fantastic design is backed up by the usability and features you would expect from one of the world’s leading bookmakers.
They have adopted their corporate colours of blues and blacks into the design which on the whole work really well. Everything is easy on the eye with the bookmaker aiming more towards usability rather than design, which some competing bookmakers have adopted.
The scrolling system in the app leaves a little to be desired and become quite jerky at times making browsing through markets somewhat tedious. It’s almost as if there is a little lag there, something that you would hope the address as they continue to develop their mobile betting app.
Their main focus on the homepage of the app is their live betting feature. It’s something that many betting apps are concentrating on and something we feel is an integral part to all successful betting apps. Straight away you are greeted with markets that are in play from a variety of sports, ideal for anyone looking to dive straight into the action.
You can access a tidy preferences section that allows changing things such as language and odds (displayed as fractions or decimals). There are currently 6 languages available which isn’t a great deal by any means, but enough to satisfy the majority of mobile bettors for the time being.
Something we are a big advocate for is the integration of mobile casino betting into betting apps to create an ‘all in one’ user experience. Bet Victor has this and accommodates plenty of games and slots for their users. In fact, it’s one of the largest we have seen for an additional casino section. Big plus on this front!
The Bet Victor betting app is another which is starting to integrate live steaming into their betting app. At the minute it’s currently only available to registered users who have placed a bet on a certain race, but you will gain access to all the races on Racing UK and At The Races, providing you wager on the race, of course.
You will be able to find a ‘special offers’ section on the homepage of the app listing a host of offers that Bet Victor are currently promoting. It’s a brilliant little section and perfect to make players aware of possible extra value from bets that they may not have known about otherwise. We strongly advise checking this section out as it covers an array of sports and offers from different markets.
One final feature that we have found, up until now, to be totally innovative is a little refresh button in the right hand corner. It makes perfect sense if you think about, especially when betting live and you need the exact odds for that second. It’s one of the simplest, yet most effective features we’ve come across on Mobile Betting Guide.
We generally use a comparison of bookmakers sports on their website compared to their apps to set a benchmark of the markets offered. We can safely say that there isn’t a stone left unturned on the Bet Victor app with over 30 betting markets to choose from.
You not only get your standard sports such as football, tennis, golf, rugby and cricket, but also a host of virtual markets including horse racing, speedway, motor racing, football and dog racing (we assume it’s greyhound racing). Unfortunately you can’t view the race on your phone, which is a shame as this could have been a really cool feature and great unique selling point.
It’s all well and good having the sports listed, but are the markets there? Again, Bet Victor has come to the plate with hundreds of markets. Just looking at some of the major sports such as football you can choose from over 80 markets from leagues and competitions around the world. A staggering amount!
Cashier, account and support
The cashier section once again delivers for the Bet Victor app. You can deposit, withdraw, change your credit card, add new cards, view previous transactions and check your account number and balance.
As far as bets are concerned viewing open bets and settled bets are a doddle, and surprisingly a feature that not all online betting apps adopt.
If you’ve read the whole of this review you will see how in awe we are of the app, until now. Unfortunately, there is a downside and that comes in the navigation and in particular, loading times. Selecting a market can take anything from 3-7 seconds to load and whilst this doesn’t seem like so long, comparing this to its market rivals it’s simply way out. It’s also worth bearing in mind that is via a Wi-Fi connection, so 3G will suffer even more.
Another annoyance is the scrolling of markets and in particular, the homepage. It feels really jerky and altogether not nice. It seems as if there are some lag issues (of which we tested on more than one device and found the same problem) and really diminishes the whole experience. It’s even more apparent if it’s a particularly large market to scroll through.
Putting the lag to one side, placing bets is simple enough and the betting slip fits in really nicely and even has features such as calculate returns, add more bets and use promotional cash. Ideal to use up your free bet of which you can find more about in the next section.
The betting slip is really easily accessed at any time by clicking the icon in the bottom navigation section. The navigation section never leaves your screen so you can access this feature at any time.
The Bet Victor app appeals to many different users on so many levels. Their market coverage is almost unrivalled along with that they offer a healthy amount of really cool features such as the refresh button, live betting and now live streaming.
We can’t help but be frustrated by the loading times and this is the only niggle that holds the app back. They maybe aren’t as bad as we have maybe portrayed, but it’s so frustrating to be so near to a ‘perfect’ betting app (if indeed you can get one) that It seems a little lazy on their behalf.
Looking at the positives, overall this is a top, top betting app and if you’re a Bet Victor fan, then you will love the app. If you haven’t used Bet Victor before, then what are you waiting for? You need this app in your life if it’s mobile betting experience you are after.
